GOA CHAMBERS’ OF HOUSING INDUSTRY was launched on 26th January, 2000 at the hands of Hon. Chief Minister Shri Manohar Parrikar, in the presence of Hon. Law Minister Shri Ramakant Khalap under the Presidentship of Mr Dinar Tarcar.
GOA CHAMBERS’ OF HOUSING INDUSTRY was formed to better the interest of housing in the State of Goa and to resolve issues pertaining to the Industry and to promote quality consciousness amongst its Members and to create an awareness of Government Legislation.
Since its inception GCOHI has undertaken many activities such as organizing CRM Workshop, Builders meet with Goa Government Employees and Financial Institution (HDFC), submitting Budget Memorandum and closely working with Government bodies.
In the 2008, GOA CHAMBERS’ OF HOUSING INDUSTRY became THE CONFEDERATION OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS’ ASSOCIATION OF INDIA- (CREDAI) a national body for real estate developers from across the country and thus CREDAI GOA CHAPTER was formed/emerged.
CREDAI-GOA believes that professionalism holds the key to the Developer to strengthen/boost the Real Estate Industry. To achieve this objective, the Association therefore has a stringent procedure to accept Members who are perfect, supreme and ultimate professionals.
CREDAI - Goa Chapter has worked towards the essentials ie Marketing, Sales and Customer Service and has strived towards providing better practices and quality services thereby laying the base for a strong realty industry in Goa.
