The Pre-Budget Memorandum was handed to Shri Lakmikant Parsekar, Hon Chief Minister with a request to reduce housing costs. Dr Jagannath (Desh) Prabhudessai said that the Real Estate Sector is reeling under slump and need immediate step for its revival. There is a lot of expectation for Budget 2016-17. The Real Estate Industry is looking forward to a favourable budget.
