The Annual General Body Meeting was held at Vivanta by Taj, on 07-04-2017 at 6.30 pm.

Dr Jagannath (Desh) Prabhudessai, President, expressed his appreciation to the all the Members for giving him the opportunity to hold the President’s office for 2 consecutive terms ie  2013-2015 & 2015-17.

On the Agenda was the election process and Dr Desh was re-elected for 2 more years ie 2017-19. He accepted the position with absolute gratitude towards the Members.

The success mantra of CREDAI-GOA has always been and will be: Build Happiness with Integrity & seamlessly embedded qualities of diligence, sincerity and punctuality in all aspects of the business ensuring value for all stakeholders.

The Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act came into force w.e.f. May 01, 2016& the demonetization came in on November 8^th evening to ban Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency notes in what analysts called the biggest monetary reform.

Both the reforms were welcomed by the Members of CREDAI-GOA & said this will ultimately help the sector.
